Active members’ Trustee position: Alex Sorrentino elected.

Retiree member’s Trustee position: Jim Hart – our Chair has submitted his resignation due to the death of his partner.

The Declaration of Trust for the Plan dictates that the remaining Trustees shall choose from available and willing retiree members to fill the position for the remainder of the term (one year), and to hold an election for the position following that. The Trustees have asked Thomas Robinson to hold the vacated position for the remainder of the term.
